Jason Schneider, the lead agent, was everything I had hoped to find in a realtor. ****Extremely responsive and superb service**** Jason Schneider, the lead agent from Tom & Cindy and Associates, played a pivotal role in the sale of our two rental properties which held tenants during the property showing process. I interviewed three real estate agents and Jason was the most impressive in regards to his extensive experience and knowledge of the market. We ran into multiple hurdles (as most usually do during the home-selling process), but Jason always assured me he would handle the issue and keep me informed....and he stood by his word. We contacted Tom & Cindy in October 2019 with the intent of putting our house on the market in February after we were settled in our new house. They sent a professional photographer out to photograph the exterior while there were still leaves on the trees, rather than waiting until we were ready to market the property.
