The community consists of 201 contemporary style units built in 1996 and is situated in a quiet setting just outside of the Beltway. Old Town Alexandria, Del Ray, Shirlington and downtown D.C. are all very close and boast lots of unique shopping, dining and entertainment choices. The Kingstowne and Hoffman Town Centers offer large movie theaters and several popular restaurant choices. People of all ages can enjoy Cameron Run Regional Park, which features a Great Waves Waterpark, multiple batting cages, miniature golf course and picnic areas.
