Woodland Lake
Woodland Lake is an exclusive grouping of 26 custom Bob Jones-built colonials in Alexandria. This community is close to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Franconia Road to be quiet and peaceful. These homes were constructed between 1993 and 1997, with many having wooded lake views. Lot sizes range from .24 to .49 acres, providing a lot of much desired privacy for residents. Homes are extremely spacious inside and feature flowing, open floor plans. Square footage ranges between 3,746 and 7,178 on all 3 levels. The Essex, Caroline, Stafford, York and Madison models were built along Elati Court and Woodland Lake Drive. This community is well located near all major transportation routes, making it very easy to travel around the region. The Fairfax County Parkway and Interstates 495, 395 and 95 are only a few traffic lights away.
