Greenwood is a wonderful neighborhood of 443 townhomes situated off of Franconia Road in Springfield. These units have between 2 and 3 bedrooms; garage and non-garage homes are available. Residents enjoy the exclusive use of an outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse. Fairfax County maintains Springfield Forest Park, which is adjacent to this community; there are tennis courts, a playground and walking paths for all to enjoy. One of the major reasons that people choose to live here is location.
