This week we give you our end of September real estate market update for Northern Virginia. We look at stats from two different sources and add in some real-world recent sales we’ve had. If you put all that together, add in pending sales we have and track showings/offers on currently active listings, it gives us a broad and deep understanding of the current market. It remains a strong time to be a seller with a desirable property. However, real estate cycles can change quickly.
