The Townes at Cameron Parke is a welcome addition to Alexandria. It boasts a variety of styles and sizes of townhomes. Nestled between Eisenhower Avenue and Duke Street, the Townes of Cameron Parke has 229 units, with both one and two car garage models available. Built between 1998 and 2000, the Townes of Cameron Parke was constructed by Washington Homes. Square footage ranges between 1,944 and 2,900. The community pool and clubhouse are the centerpieces of this appealing enclave. There is also a playground for children to use. According to their website, the homeowner’s association fee includes front yard maintenance (grass cutting, annual fertilizing, broadcast seeding, weed control applications and 3 leaf collections a year). Small enough to foster a sense of community, yet large enough to have desired amenities, this neighborhood is a great place to live. This one is cool because it is so close to everything!
