There are 404 units ranging from 600 to 1,284 square feet. The Hayes and Roosevelt models have 1 bedroom and 1 full bath, while the Madison and Adams include 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Units with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths are available in the Eisenhower, Jefferson and Kennedy models. The property features controlled access garage parking and residents enjoy the exclusive use of all community amenities.
There is a chic clubhouse on the premises with an elegant spiral staircase in the lobby. Community members may rent out the conference room, great room and kitchen facilities on the second floor of the clubhouse for parties, meetings or other special events. Plans are in the works to purchase a flat screen TV and a Bluray player for the great room; this would be ideal for watching sporting events or movies. There is an indoor basketball court, a fitness center with Cardio Theater and locker rooms, a billiards room and a high tech business center, all of which are open 24/7.
