Southampton

Southampton is an upscale community of 37 grand Basheer and Edgemoore built single-family homes nestled amongst trees in Springfield. Residents enjoy highly desired privacy from their wooded .30 to .94 acre lots. Shirlington boasts a great mix of entertaining and dining choices including many outdoor eateries. There are 2 performance theaters, a 7-screen AMC movie theater, speciality shops, a Harris Teeter, Thrive Pilates and Yoga and restaurants such as Bistro Bistro, Guapo’s, Carlyle, Luna and Busboys & Poets. Locally, the Kingstowne Town Center provides many useful resources for Southampton residents. It features a 16-screen Regal Cinema, 2 grocery stores, a dry cleaner, shops and restaurants. Dining choices include Bonefish Grill, Pasara, Macaroni Grill, Panera Bread, Kaleidoscoops, Firehouse Subs and King Street Blues.
