Constructed in the late 1980s, Manchester Lakes is a well-established subdivision of 1,390 townhomes and condos in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria. This community is in a great location, with some residents actually able to walk to shopping areas and Metro. The 2 sections of this community are separated by Manchester Lakes Boulevard, with townhouses and condominiums on both sides. There are five different condo complexes within Manchester Lakes: Tiers I, Tiers II, Essex House, Surrey and Victoria Crossings. The Festival at Manchester Lakes shopping center features favorites such as Johnny’s Pizza, Baskin Robbins, Lakeshore Learning Store, Shoppers Food Warehouse, Bungalow Billiards and more. Top Golf (miniature golf course and driving range) and Lee District Park (swimming pool, athletic fields, and exercise facilities) offer the chance to enjoy leisure activities.
