Lorton Station is a marvelous planned community of 950 homes just 15 miles south of Washington, D.C. with every amenity and convenience you would want. There are two community pools with shower facilities, a graceful clubhouse that can be rented out by homeowners, numerous tot lots and sports courts, 2 shopping centers and a VRE station. There is a nice mixture of single family homes, townhome and condos available in this community, with several styles and floor plans to choose from. These homes were constructed during the early to mid 2000s. Depending on your location within Lorton Station, children will either attend Lorton Station or Laurel Hill Elementary Schools. Students at Lorton Station will attend Hayfield Secondary School and students attending Laurel Hill will go to the new South County Secondary School. There are a variety of recreational and cultural pursuits available in this area of Lorton.
