Townes at Manchester Park

The Townes at Manchester Park community consists of 82 luxurious 2-car garage townhomes built by Pulte between 1996 and 1998. Tucked away off of Manchester Lakes Drive in the Kingstowne area, there is no through traffic. These brick-front homes have very spacious, open floor plans with lots of natural light. Total square footage ranges from 2,880 to 3,374. These 3 to 4 bedroom homes are located on Manchester Park Circle, Alicia Court and Zohra Court. Model names include the Stratford, Manchester, Brandon and Westley. This community is adjacent to the Manchester Lakes Park which features athletic fields and walking paths. Many homes have nice views of trees in back. Residents all enjoy the exclusive use of tennis courts, a gazebo and a children’s playground. Students attend Franconia Elementary, Twain Intermediate and Edison High Schools.

Much of the community is within walking distance to 2 local shopping areas-The Kingstowne Town Center and the Festival at Manchester Lakes shopping center. There is a 16-screen movie theater, 2 grocery stores, Starbucks, dry cleaners and a myriad of shops and restaurants at the Town Center. Examples include World Market, Bath & Body Works, Home Goods, Panera Bread, Firehouse Subs, Bonefish Grill, Pasara and Noodles & Company. The Festival at Manchester Lakes offers many favorites such as Johnny’s Pizza and Lakeshore Learning Store.

All major transportation routes can all be easily reached from this community. The Fairfax County Parkway and Interstates 495/395/95 are all just a few traffic lights away. Whether you are going to Washington D.C. or Tyson’s Corner, getting there is easy! The Springfield Transportation Center provides access to Metro, VRE and Greyhound stations.
