Situated in the heart of the Kingstowne area, The Mews is in an excellent location within walking distance to many of the area’s main attractions. Other amenities include 2 grocery stores, a dry cleaner, hair and nail salons, office buildings and more. Residents make use of all of the restaurants and service providers at the Landsdowne Centre at the intersection of Telegraph Road and Beulah Street. There is a library, CVS, a Sunoco gas station and the Northern Virginia Academy. People like to eat at Pho Bowl, Olympians Family Restaurant, and Dairy Queen, among others.

Transportation options abound for residents of this community. The Franconia-Springfield Transportation Center offers access to Metro Rail (blue line trains), VRE (Fredericksburg line), Greyhound and local buses; parking is readily available. All major roads such as the Beltway, Interstates 395/95 and the Fairfax County Parkway make it easy to get wherever it is that you are going. Nearby military bases include Fort Belvoir, the Pentagon, Fort Myer, the Navy Yard, U.S. Coast Guard stations and Bolling Air Force Base.
