About

Edge Hill

Edge Hill is a fabulous community of 32 single family homes within walking distance to the Kingstowne Town Center. These Clifton, Dover and Fairmont models were built by Carr Homes in 1998 and 1999. They can be found on Cliff Drive, Edge Cliff Drive and part of Lake Village Drive. All colonials, these homes typically have 4-5 bedrooms, 2-car garages and loads of square footage. Residents have access to common grounds with playground equipment and walking trails that connect to Kingstowne. While technically not part of Kingstowne proper, this community is in an ideal location to take advantage of everything the area has to offer.

A variety of service providers such as a dry cleaners, bank and gas station are there as well. Those looking for a little recreation need look no further than Greendale Golf Course or Franconia District Park and RECenter. An indoor swimming pool, gymnasium and exercise facilities are the main portion of the rec center, which is surrounded by a 193 acre park with athletic fields, sports courts and picnic facilities. Children attend Franconia Elementary, Twain Intermediate and Edison High Schools.
