Franconia Commons is a lovely tree-lined community of 332 townhomes in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria. The neighborhood was spaciously planned with lots of common ground available for residents’ use. The Festival and Manchester Lakes shopping center includes Baja Fresh, Baskin Robbins, Shoppers Food Warehouse, Bella Donna Spa, Lakeshore Learning Store and more. The soon to be revamped Springfield Mall will become the Springfield Town Center, with enhanced retail and dining opportunities along with residential, office and hotel spaces. Nearby Old Town Alexandria, Del Ray and Shirlington contain great entertainment options too.
