Winstead Manor

Welcome home to Winstead Manor, an upscale community of 47 luxurious single-family homes in Lorton. They are just minutes away from the popular Kingstowne area of Alexandria. Dupell Park is located in the next subdivision along Telegraph Road and features a wealth of recreational opportunities such as a playground, a large picnic shelter with tables, tennis courts, basketball courts and a baseball field.

This community is in a great location near all the area’s major commuter routes. It is very easy to access the Fairfax County Parkway, Route 1, the Beltway, Interstates 395 and 95 and Telegraph Road from here. A great feature of this area is that there are so many different ways to get here! So no matter whether you are headed into the District, out to Tyson’s Corner or over to Old Town Alexandria, you are well on your way. The Springfield Transportation offers access to Metro, VRE, Amtrak and Greyhound services. Children attend Island Creek Elementary and Hayfield Secondary Schools. Winstead Manor is an ideal locale for anyone stationed at Fort Belvoir as the Telegraph Gate is just a few minutes away. Two Coast Guard stations, the Pentagon, Bolling and Andrews Air Force Bases and Fort Myer are easy to get to as well.

The soon to be constructed Hilltop Village Center will be located just down the road. It will be anchored by Wegmans grocery store and feature an assortment of retail, residential, recreational and office spaces. The existing Hilltop Golf Club will continue to operate. Lee District Park and RECenter is just a few minutes away and features an indoor 25 x 50 meter swimming pool, multiple sports courts and athletic fields, dance/yoga studios, several walking paths and much more.
