Windsor Knoll

Situated just off Beulah Street in the Kingstowne area, Windsor Knoll is in a wonderful location near everything. These 34 luxurious NVR built homes were constructed in 2006 and 2007 and feature the spacious Paxton and Jamison models. These homes have flowing, open floor plans with square footage ranging from 3,136 to 3,778 on the top 2 levels. All have additional space in the lower level basements. The streets of Windsor Knoll are Gray Heights Court, Rita Gray Loop and Victor Gray Court. Most of houses here have 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, but some have additional bedrooms or baths on either the upper or lower levels. They all boast 2-car garages. A fenced quad area and gazebo is the centerpiece of this community. There is a children’s playground and grassy spaces for all to enjoy. Windsor Knoll is within walking distance to Lane Elementary, 7-11, and Nall’s Produce. Older students attend Hayfield Secondary School.

Living in Windsor Knoll

Windsor Knoll is only a few traffic lights away from the Fairfax County Parkway and the Springfield Transportation Center. The terminus of Metro’s blue line, VRE, and Greyhound stations can be found there. Interstates 495, 395 and 95 are just a few lights past the Parkway, making it very easy for commuters to get where they are going. Local Fairfax Connector and Metro bus routes are available throughout the area. Also nearby is the INOVA Healthplex that features a 24-hour emergency services department along with numerous medical offices and facilities. The Healthplex is located at Metro Park; Metro Park also features Sophia’s Deli and many government contractor and technology companies. This community is a chosen one for many of those working at area military establishments. Fort Belvoir, Coast Guard stations, the Pentagon, Fort Myer and Bolling Air Force Base are all close by.

Several local shopping centers attend to the needs of Windsor Knoll residents. There is always a lot to love at the lively Kingstowne Town Center. In addition to its 16-screen movie theater, grocery stores, shops and fun restaurants, there is a seasonal farmer’s market with lots of local vendors. Dining choices at the Town Center include Bonefish Grill, Macaroni Grill, Firehouse Subs and Panera Bread. The Landsdowne Centre is located at the intersection of Beulah Street and Telegraph Road; it features a Fairfax County library, CVS, Northern Virginia Academy, and a great mixture of restaurants. There is Olympians Family Restaurant, Pho Bowl, Dairy Queen and more.
