Westhampton is a community of 105 luxurious single-family homes built by Equity Homes and Basheer and Edgemore between 1998 and 2000. These residences are situated along Carawood Court, Creek Crest Way, Fernholly Court, Hampton Creek Way, Hunters Oak Court, Spring Summit Road and Woolin Place in Springfield. Very spacious floor plans are standard in this community, with total square footage ranging from 3,755 to 6,264. Many homes feature loads of custom upgrades and back to trees/parkland, wooded conservation areas or the creek.

The Westhampton community sits on a portion of the former Hunter property, a 167 acre estate bordered by Accotink Creek. Homes are sited on .21 to .90 acre lots. Several of the available models include the Ashmont, Evesham, Cliffehurst (Basheer & Edgemoor), Sheffield, Dorset, Oxford and Edinburgh (Equity Homes). This neighborhood features tree-lined streets and plenty of open common areas.
This distinctive group of homes is very well located for travel throughout the Washington, D.C. Metro area. The Springfield Metro station is only a mile away and also boasts access to VRE and Amtrak trains. All major arteries are convenient, including the Fairfax County Parkway, the Beltway and Interstates 395, 95 and 66.
