Tartan Village/D’Evereux West is a lovely tree-lined neighborhood of 436 townhomes situated just off of Telegraph Road in the Kingstowne section of Alexandria. These homes were built between 1982 and 1986 and have square footage of 1,350 to 2,253. Two, three or four bedroom units can be found here, as can two and three level floor plans. Many homes back to trees/parkland and others are all brick. There are designated parking spaces for each home. Available models include the Pepperwood, Carlton, Rockledge, Carlisle, Occoquan, Fairfield, Seneca, Saratoga, Gunston and Monticello. All residents can take advantage of common grounds, playgrounds and walking paths around the community. Students attend Hayfield Elementary and Hayfield Secondary Schools.

This community is in a great location near all Kingstowne area shopping and entertainment resources. If you are looking to stay fit, Franconia District RECenter is the place for you. There is a 50-meter swimming pool, exercise room with Cybex equipment, squash/racquetball courts, dance, aerobics and spin studios and a gymnasium with basketball courts and an indoor track. A 193-acre park that boasts athletic fields, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, lighted tennis courts and miles of walking/biking trails surrounds the RECenter.
