About

Derin Glen

Derin Glen is a small subdivision of 10 splendid homes located off of Fleet Drive in Alexandria. Built in 2002 and 2003, these brick-front Amherst and Bristol models feature 4-5 bedrooms and 2-car garages. No through traffic passes through the community. Amenities found here include common grounds with a gazebo and playground equipment. Due to its location in between the Kingstowne area and Springfield, it offers residents the best of both locales. This neighborhood is within just a few traffic lights to the Springfield Interchange (intersection of Interstates 495, 395 and 95) and the Fairfax County Parkway.

This community is super-close to both the Springfield and Kingstowne Town Centers. Other nearby area attractions consist of Greendale Golf Course and Franconia District Park/Rec Center.
