Searching for a part-time person to join our Listing Department

Have you ever thought about a career in real estate, but weren’t sure where to start? Come learn the business from the inside out as our part-time Assistant Listing Manager.

Our ideal candidate will:

*Have great writing, spelling and grammar skills
*Have a keen eye for photography
*Be consistently accurate with data entry
*Have a professional appearance
*Have excellent customer service skills
*Have solid time management skills
*Be flexible and a quick learner
*Enjoy learning new things
*Be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Lightroom

*A marketing and/or communications background would be a definite plus!

Duties/Responsibilities:

This position consists of putting our extensive marketing plan in place for clients selling or renting out their homes, and helping our Marketing Department with special projects.

Here are just some of the tasks that are involved.

*Going out to properties to take notes and photographs
*Entering listings into the MLS (multiple listing service)
*Writing enticing descriptions of properties
*Making brochures

Extensive training will be provided. No short-timers please!

Days/hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 4-5 hours per day
