Our ideal candidate will:

*Have great writing, spelling and grammar skills

*Have a keen eye for photography

*Be consistently accurate with data entry

*Have a professional appearance

*Have excellent customer service skills

*Have solid time management and organizational skills

*Be flexible

*Enjoy learning new things

 

*A marketing and/or communications background would be a definite plus!

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

This position consists of putting our extensive marketing plan in place for clients selling or renting out their homes, and helping our Marketing Department with special projects. Here are just some of the tasks that are involved.

*Going out to properties to take notes and photographs

*Entering listings into the MLS

*Writing enticing descriptions of properties

*Making brochures

*Creating virtual tours

 

Extensive training will be provided. No short-timers please!

 

Hours/Days:

*Monday-Friday, approximately 4-5 hours per day
