9/11 Heroes Run Alexandria VA

Join us in honoring our fallen first responders and military members at the Alexandria, VA 9/11 Heroes Run put on by the Travis Manion Foundation (with the help of MANY community volunteers) on Saturday September 10th. This 5K race is run in conjunction with similar events throughout the world, with “the goal to never forget the sacrifices of the heroes of September 11th and in the wars since: veteran, first responder, civilian and military”.  Susan Hall, our listing manager and marketing coordinator will be running, along with one of our agents, Rob Stanton and his family. Please consider running (walking is fine too), or simply stopping by to thank local veterans and first responders.

Here are the details:
What: 5K Race; online registration is open until 11:45 PM on 9/8; walk-up registration available at packet pick-up and on race morning; pancake breakfast courtesy of IHOP after race

When: September 10, 2016 at 9:00 AM; packet pick-up is Friday 9/9 from 5-9 PM

Where: Carl Sandburg Middle School; 8428 Fort Hunt Road, Alexandria, VA 22308
