Old Town Alexandria offers a wonderful mix of historic attractions, award winning restaurants, art galleries and specialty stores. Nearby parks and rec centers make it easy to stay active. Cameron Run Regional Park has a Great Waves Waterpark, multiple batting cages and a deluxe miniature golf course. Sportrock, located on Eisenhower Avenue, is the area’s premier indoor rock climbing facility. Franconia District Park & RECenter offer something for everyone. The 193-acre park has numerous athletic fields, lighted tennis courts, walking trails, playgrounds and horseshoe pits. A 50-meter swimming pool, dance/aerobics/spin studios, exercise equipment, sports courts and a gymnasium with an indoor track can be found inside.
