Sycamores at Van Dorn

The Sycamores at Van Dorn is a 172 unit condominium complex in Alexandria, VA. Located just outside the Beltway and down the street from the Van Dorn Metro, this is an ideal neighborhood for commuters. One and two level condos were constructed between 1995 and 1997 along Katelyn Mary Place, Kimberly Anne Way and Terrapin Place. The single level condos have one bedroom and one full bath; the Freemont and Easton models are available. Square footage of these homes ranges from 860 to 1,122. These units have two bedrooms, two and a half baths and square footage between 1,142 and 1,294. Some units have a great rear view of trees. Residents are able to make use of an outdoor swimming pool, tot-lot and elegant clubhouse that can be rented out for parties, meetings or other special events.
