Courtland Homes produced the Ashton, Chancellor and Beauford models, which are 16-foot wide townhomes with rear-loading 1 car garages; 3 and 4 level homes are available. Residents of this neighborhood enjoy stellar amenities. The homeowner’s association fee includes lawn maintenance, trash, snow and recycling pick-up, an outdoor swimming pool, an elegant clubhouse that can be rented out, a multipurpose court and playgrounds. Ample common/green spaces with benches are scattered throughout Summers Grove. An informative website is maintained by the association.
