Rolling Valley

Rolling Valley is a fantastic Springfield community consisting of 1,089 two to four level single family homes. At least two major shopping centers are located near Rolling Valley. Old Keene Mill Shopping Center houses a Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, Austin Grill, Walgreen’s and much more. A Giant grocery store and a 24-hour CVS with a MinuteClinic can be found in the adjacent Cardinal Forest Plaza. Just down the road is the Springfield Golf and Country Club and the South Run Rec Center, a Fairfax County facility, is a short drive down the Fairfax County Parkway, which boasts an indoor swimming pool, 2-level fitness center, synthetic turf field house, as well as several other sports courts and playing fields. Residents who are looking for a little quiet time can relax in the nearby Hidden Pond Nature Center and the neighboring Pohick Creek Stream Valley Park that offers multiple biking/hiking trails. There are acres of protect wetlands, woods, streams and other peaceful places to relax and enjoy nature.

Numerous transportation services are available to the residents of the community. The Cardinal Plaza Slug Line is a few blocks away and there are several bus stops in the area (Metro and Fairfax Connector). Interstates 95/495/395 and the Fairfax County Parkway are close by and the Springfield Transportation Center, which features access to Metro, Greyhound and the Virginia Railway Express (VRE), is about a 10 minute drive.
