Crestleigh

Crestleigh is a wonderful subdivision of 39 colonial homes built in the early 1990s just off of Beulah Street in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria. Model names have a historical connotation and include the Raleigh, Annapolis, Potomac, Belle Haven, Kingsmill, Jamestown, Salem, Chapel Hill and Durham; there is a floor plan here for everyone. These homes have lot sizes ranging from .14 to .37 acres, have 4-5 bedrooms and 2-car garages.
