Autumn Chase Hunt is a beautiful subdivision situated off of Beulah Street in the Kingstowne area. It consists of 68 single family homes and 156 townhomes. Many of the street names are named after spices such as Lemon Thyme, Parsley, Cinnamon and Oregano. Residents enjoy the use of tennis courts and a children’s playground. The community is adjacent to the Manchester Lakes Park which has walking trails and athletic fields. Children attend Franconia Elementary, Twain Intermediate and Edison High Schools. The Festival at Manchester Lakes shopping center is the closest to Autumn Chase; it features favorites such as Baja Fresh, Dunkin, Johnny’s, and the Lakeshore Learning Store. Bus service is readily available and the Springfield Transportation Center consists of Metro Rail, Greyhound and VRE services; it is only a couple minutes away. Residents can easily access several local military bases including Fort Belvoir, the U.S. Coast Guard station, Fort Myer, the Pentagon and Bolling Air Force Base. The offices at Metro Park, the U.S. Patent and Trademark and the Hoffman office buildings are very reachable, as is downtown D.C.
